Almost every garage slab has at least one visible crack. Settling, freeze and thaw cycles, and the weight of vehicles all contribute over time. The cracks themselves are not a structural problem, but they will read through a coated floor over time if they are not repaired before the coating goes down.

Will my garage floor peel like my old epoxy did?
No. The peeling and lifting that destroys epoxy garage floors is a chemistry problem, not an installation problem. Polyaspartic over polyurea does not have the same failure mode. We back the install with a lifetime residential warranty for that reason.
Can I park hot tires on it?
Yes. Polyaspartic does not soften under heat the way epoxy does, so hot tires do not bond to the surface or pull it up when you back out of the garage.
What if my garage slab has cracks?

What about oil stains on my existing floor?
Diamond grinding removes most surface staining and contamination before any coating goes down. Deep oil saturation in the slab can occasionally show through, and we will identify that during the on site consultation so there are no surprises on install day.
